Directors

– Robert Kyler

Robert has worked in social service for over 20 years.  He has a passion for working with youth, families, and the mental health area. He has coached football, basketball, and track.  In his spare time, he loves spending time with family and watching football.

– Martha Kinyanjui

Martha is a second-generation immigrant from the country of Kenya.  She has ten years’ experience working with families including mental health and children.  She has a strong passion for communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution.  In her spare time, she enjoys family, cultural and community events especially in the Kenya community. She is fluent in Kikuyu, Swahili, and English.

– Felita Hannah

Felita has over 25 years of social service work.  She takes pride in being an educator, motivational trainer, entrepreneur, as well as an individual therapist.  In her spare time, she is pursuing her doctoral degree which sometimes interferes with her hobby of traveling and cooking. 

Psychiatric ARPN

– Hanna Bang

We are proud to be working with Hanna, our Psychiatric ARPN.  She comes with a wealth of knowledge and a diverse background.  She has a special ability to instantly connect with clients which allows clients to open up and discuss their mental health needs. In her spare time, she is active with her family and in her children’s activities.

Behavioral Clinicians:

– Rachel Nabors

Rachel Nabors started in the career of mental health many years ago, but she has been with GPS for 3 years. She enjoys communicating with people and assisting them in fulfilling their goals. When she is not at work, she enjoys reading, tennis, and Broadway musicals.

– Eric North

With over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, Eric is a dedicated professional specializing in crisis management and conflict de-escalation. He is skilled at staying calm and focused in high-stress situations, ensuring that individuals in crisis receive the support they need. Eric is also passionate about building strong, trusting relationships with clients, tailoring his approach to meet their needs and promote positive outcomes. In his free time, Eric enjoys creating beautiful artwork and scuba diving in the Puget Sound.

– Kaleb Downs

Kaleb Downs has been working in the mental health field for over six years, specializing in crisis care and suicide prevention. Passionate about supporting others through their personal challenges, Kaleb takes a client-centered approach, incorporating individual interests to help motivate and empower clients in their care journey. Outside of work, he has a deep love for nature and gardening, often finding inspiration in the outdoors to promote wellness and resilience.

– Rachael Salazar

Rachael has been in the healthcare field for over 20 years, specializing in behavioral health for the past 10. She has the gift of seeing the positive in every person and situation, as well as a solution focused mindset and the belief that change and growth are always possible. In her spare time, she likes to spend time outdoors with her children and play her piano.

– Jessie Park

Jesse has worked in the mental health field since 2022. He is passionate about supporting youth, adults, and families struggling with mental health challenges. Outside of work, he enjoys snowboarding, watching sports, and travelling. Committed to empowering others, Jesse strives to make a positive impact in his clients’ lives.

– Eric Jones

With a strong background in mental health and clinical practice, Eric brings years of experience working in diverse settings, including outpatient therapy, crisis intervention, and substance use treatment. He is deeply passionate about fostering a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered in their healing journey. He is committed to helping clients build resilience, develop coping skills, and achieve meaningful personal growth. Outside of work, he enjoys playing music and riding my motorcycle.

– Shelbi Pulce

Shelbi is a dedicated behavioral clinician with 8 years of experience in the behavioral health field who has earned a Master’s in Applied Behavioral Analysis from National University and is currently pursuing behavioral licensure. With a newfound passion for supporting the older population she is eager to address the growing need for behavioral services for seniors. When she is not working, she could game from sun-up to sun-down if given the chance, enjoys crafty hobbies, and spending time with her cats, friends, and family.

-Gilbert Maldonado

Gilbert has worked in social services for over 3 years. He is passionate about working with disenfranchised communities and empowering individuals as they ingratiate themselves back into the community. In his spare time, he makes music, enjoys reading and grilling. 

– Chloette Villazon

Chloette has worked in social services for over 4 years in diverse group settings. She has a passion for working with individuals in the mental health field by extending her knowledge and guiding others to meet their goals. In her spare time, she enjoys being with her family and participating in water sports.

– Kristy Boatner

Kristy Boatner has worked in social services for over 2 years starting in Applied Behavioral Analysis. She has a passion for working with people of all ages within the mental health field. In her off-time, she loves hiking and spending time with her family.

– Monica Gamez

Monica has worked in the social services field for over 20 years.  She has a passion for working in the counseling area, striving to help as many as she can live a happy and healthy life.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading and doing puzzles.  

– Tracy Turner

Tracy has worked in the social services field for 5+ years, and she has a passion for working with adults and families. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her adult children, dogs, hiking, and watching WNBA basketball, especially the Seattle Storm.

– Payton Holston

Payton has a strong background in psychology and is driven by a deep understanding of the human mind and behavior. She is passionate about working in mental health and strives to gain knowledge in the field while helping others.  In her spare time, she enjoys true crime and playing with her cat.
